Paulo Costa Pedro
Managing Partner
Paulo Costa Pedro has a career of more than 30 years in the financial industry, having held management positions in Portugal and internationally, on management positions and in Board of Directors, of banks, investment companies, asset management companies and securities brokers.
COFIIM customers can count on his vast experience and knowledge in the financial sector, in business development, operations management, and on his interpersonal skills.
Luís Anglin Castro
Project Manager
In his professional career, since 1987, he accumulated vast experience in civil architecture and urban planning, both in the domestic and international markets, working for real estate government agencies and architects.
At COFIIM he is responsible for the technical aspects of the projects, and for monitoring the licensing process with local and central government agencies, as well as coordinating the different specialties involved in building.

Project Manager
With a professional experience of 33 years in the civil arquitecture and urban planning, monitoring, coordination and direction of work, and consultancy.
It is accredited by the Order of Architects for the management of work and supervision in classified areas or in the process of being classified and special protection zones.
José Miguel Lopes
Head of Sales
With an academic background that includes architecture, hotel management and aviation, his professional career has been mainly devoted to the real estate market.
Having worked in the sales department of one of the leading international luxury real estate companies, his professional experience allows him to offer COFIIM’s customers a unique service in the real estate business.
